PreK-8 Program Changes for 2008-2009 The Farnsworth-Cleveland Transition Teams held their initial meeting on Tuesday, April 8th. All four teams have scheduled additional meetings and are beginning their work on priority items. The work of the teams is beginning with just staff and parents, with community partners added as the work continues. On April 14th the Farnsworth-Cleveland Joint Site Council will hold their first meeting. Joint Site Council meetings will initially be facilitated by the deputy chief academic officer.  Program changes have been added and will remain updated on the website.  A link to the program changes has also been added to the student/parent portal.
