Paraprofessionals, Key Supporters of Student Success.
Cleveland paraprofessionals carry out the teacher's educational plans for our special needs' students. They participate in staff development classes, help students use social stories and picture schedules to stay on task and improve social  skills. They work hard to make sure all students experience success. Mainstream teachers appreciate the added support.
